Congress extended the Regional Center EB-5 Program once again until
October 31, 2009. Hopefully, a longer exension will be announced this
month.

A Sarasota group has established an EB-5 Regional Center program ibased
n Sarasota that covers the whole state of Florida. This is the first
time that an EB-5 investor who wants to live in Sarasota or Bradenton
can invest his or her money close to home. I do not have any details on
the project yet, but their website is: www.eb5florida.com
